Petits plaers


Tenir les tardes lliures gràcies a la jornada intensiva t'ha de permetre gaudir de petits plaers. 
Es necessita un entrenament, un anar fent per arribar a un gaudi ple. Passar-te una llarga tarda amb els peus a la sorra, un cafè i sentir el vent, sentir el mar, sentir música, sentir la gent parlar, sentir crits, sentir el no fer res, això s’ha d'entrenar  Si ets una persona de ciutat, cotxes, sorolls, no pots anar tota una tarda a no fer res perquè et poses nerviós.

És una manera de fer natural i accessible a tothom. Perquè també es pot fer a la muntanya. És la mateixa obra de teatre amb actors diferents. Sentir els arbres, sentir la gespa i la pinassa, sentir gossos bordant, sentir cavalls que passen, pinyes que s’esclafen en caure a terra, mirar el núvols que van canviant el cel, sentir com el sol que s’amaga encara escalfa....

Aquests dos espais són els que a priori es busquen per desconnectar de la rutina que en general tan poc ens agrada. Però per a una bona salut mental s’ha d'aprendre a saber fer-ho en qualsevol indret. Badar no té lloc, ni horaris. Vas a la plaça o al mercat, t’asseus a la terrassa del bar i comences a observar sense cap intenció. Escoltes la conversa del darrera i després tornes a mirar aquell que va per allà. Fas un glop, parles o no, saludes o no.
Això és el que intento fer cada tarda del mes de juliol i agost. I de veritat que ja fa un temps que ho estic aconseguint i sembla que fins i tot l'estiu em duri més. Si més no el gaudeixo més.

I si un dia se t’ha passat el temps i és l’hora de sopar, no passa res. Un got de llet, un iogurt o una amanida i llestos. Que els plaers s’han de gaudir bé.

Saber com ets

Estic navegant per celebrar que és el dia nacional de França, el meu segon país, i vaig a petar no sé com a una enquesta que determina com ets professionalment. Decideixo començar-la. Vaig avançant i veig que està bé aquesta enquesta perquè són diversos punts dels que et dóna el resultat i a més et fa un comentari professional. Ara la faig pública per no enganyar a ningú. Leaders who are skilled in this area are also likely to be skilled in Managing Diverse Relationships and Being Open and Receptive. While the presence of these interpersonal skills may not be enough to get you promoted, the absence of these skills can stymie your progression up the leadership ladder. 

You seek out people with different points of view and different backgrounds. Even though you acknowledge that it takes a little more time and more deliberate communication, you see the value that a diversity of perspectives and experiences contributes. You are open and collaborative. You share and communicate well. You seek to understand, accommodate, and leverage differences.

Managing Diverse Relationships is significantly related to getting promoted at the manager and executive levels. The skill level for most people is high, and it is moderately difficult to develop. Relating well and collaborating with people who have different points of view and different backgrounds and experiences can enhance and sharpen your contribution at work.

K/F Insight: Most people are moderately skilled in Being Open and Receptive, and it is moderately difficult to develop. Listening, patience, and a relaxed sense of humor are qualities that can help you build strong relationships with your colleagues and team.

Managing Work Processes is highly correlated with strong performance at the manager level. Managers are often responsible for seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces interrelate. Most people are low in this skill, and it is moderately difficult to develop. The ability to see a process as a dynamic system and to understand how tweaks create ripple effects is a vital contribution to a business and will differentiate you from other leaders.
